Groovin’ The Moo 2013 Lineup – Official Announcement Matches Leak

Written by Marc Zanotti on January 30, 2013

Groovin’ The Moo have now officially announced their 2013 lineup. The lineup wasn’t meant to be revealed until tomorrow morning on triple j, but now it seems plans have been pushed forward after Music Feeds discovered a temporary leak on Moshtix about an hour ago.

As it turns out, the leak was bang on the money, with GTM’s official lineup matching the leaked lineup act for act. In typical fashion, GTM has amassed an incredibly exciting bill, with names such as Tame Impala, Midnight Juggernauts and The Kooks.

This year’s event will be returning once again to Maitland Showground on Saturday the 27th April, University of Canberra on Sunday the 28th April, Bendigo’s Prince of Wales Showground on Saturday the 4th May, Townsville’s Murray Sports Complex on Sunday the 5th May, and Bunbury’s Hay Park on Saturday 11th May.

Don’t forget that presale tickets for GTM 2013 go on sale Thursday, 31st January at 9am. The secret code, which was revealed this morning, is Haystack #GTM2013. GTM gets underway at the end of April and travels through regional areas in NSW, ACT, VIC QLD and WA.

The 2011 and 2012 events played host to 75,000 enthusiastic music lovers from all over the country, and sold out all locations. So you’ll need to be quick.
