Hear The Killers’ Debut Very Killers-y New Song ‘Run For Cover’ Live

Written by Emmy Mack on June 12, 2017

The Killers are primed to start killing it again, with their upcoming 5th album firming fast on the horizon.

And in the lead-up to releasing their first new tune since 2013 — ‘The Man’ — this bloody week, the Las Vegas rockers have debuted an anthemic new track live during a show in Atlantic City.

Dubbed ‘Run For Cover’, the song is packing some vintage Sam’s Town vibes in that whole stadium-Americana-meets-post-punk style we know and love, which is apparently because it dates all the way back to the sessions for the band’s 2008 Day & Age LP, as frontman Brandon Flowers explained to  Q earlier this year.

Catch it below, and get excited for much more to come from your old m8s The Killers, including — it would seem — a performance at this year’s AFL grand final.
