Listen: Dandy Warhols – ‘This Machine’ Full Album Stream

Written by Alex Langlands on April 17, 2012

Thanks to the wonders of the Internet, the new Dandy Warhols’ album is available to be streamed until its release date on April 24th. Their ninth studio album, This Machine consists of eleven tracks and is available through the kind folks at Rolling Stone Magazine from now until the album’s release.

The album was recorded in the band’s home recording studio, which is aptly titled the Odditorium. It was recorded with long-time friend Jeremy Sherrer, who has previously worked on albums such as …Earth to the Dandy Warhols… and many others.

The first single off the album is titled Sad Vacation and sees the band take a similar direction to their old sounds, with a dominating bass line, yet maintaining their infectious vocal sounds. The audio for Sad Vacation is available below.

The Dandy Warhols previously leaked through Twitter that they would be touring Australia later this year, however, aside from that, no word has been mentioned about their impending tour.
