Written by Brayden Darke on October 7, 2011

Evanescence have put up a stream of their third self-titled album Evanescence. After 3 delays, the album is finally here after settling on producer Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, RUSH, Stone Sour, Alice in Chains, Deftones) to finish the album.

Amy Lee speaks about the new album

“”We can’t wait to show everyone what we’ve been working on! We’ve been finding ourselves, reinventing our sound, experimenting with things we’ve never done before and at the same time embracing the things we love most about Evanescence. This journey has made us the strongest we’ve ever been as a band, and I am in love with the music.”

Evanescence are tipped to appear on the Soundwave 2012 line up next year.
