Nine Inch Nails clearly don’t plan on leaving too much to the imagination when it comes to their impending comeback album Hesitation Marks – at a recent performance in South Korea, the band premiered yet another brand-new track, Disappointed, set to feature on the record.
Ever the showman, Reznor put on an epic display during the performance as things built from a subtle hum to an all-out riot. In terms of instant feedback, old mate Trent is probably feeling pretty stoked with himself as all those in attendance exploded with excitement upon delivery of the never-before-heard offering, though none of them knew any of the words.
As this is a live performance of the track, it’s a bit too early to gauge how the studio version will sound, though this IS NIN we’re talking about, so it’s probably close to spot on.
The revelation of Disappointed comes just days after the band showed off two other shiny new gems Find My Way and Copy A during their set at Fuji Rock Festival.
Hesitation Marks has an Australian street date of Friday, 30th August.
