Sierra Fin have announced some east coast tour dates along with a new album Cautionary Tale of the Beautiful Blackout to be released on 6th May.
Cautionary Tale of the Beautiful Blackout tells a story from Yesterday through Today to Tomorrow and features a full symphony orchestra as accompaniment for the album’s entirety – adding layers of texture to the Paul McKercher (Sarah Blasko, Little Birdy) produced album and marking a first for an Australian debut album release.
Sierra Fin will launch Cautionary Tale of the Beautiful Blackout on May 12 at Notes in Sydney’s Enmore where they’ll be bringing a small version of the Sierra Fin Symphony Orchestra to help perform the album in its entirety and recreate its depth and textured sound. They will then be taking their show to Melbourne and Brisbane. Dates as follows.
