The Superjesus Announce ‘The Resurrection Tour’ – May/June 2013

Written by Kiel Egging on March 7, 2013

Reformed Adelaide rockers The Superjesus are pulling their old touring van out of the garage, having announced a full-scale Australian tour for May and June.

Following their performance at the Stone Music Festival in mid-April, the band will play a couple of shows in each state over various weekends. This will begin with the Annadale Hotel in Sydney on May 30 and wind up at the scene of their glorious recent one-off show, The Gov, in their hometown of Adelaide.

The success of the band’s show at The Gov in February was the catalyst for the tour, which saw fans fly from all over the country to see the band play live for the first time in 10 years.

The band – Sarah McLeod, Stuart Rudd, Tim Henwood and Paul Berryman – are promising fans “a night to remember”, along with their catalogue of hits such as Gravity, Shut My Eyes, Secret Agent Man and Stay Together.

Tickets for all shows are $40 + booking fees and are on sale now.
