Tonight Alive Drop New Single ‘The Ocean’ & Announce New Album

Tonight Alive have burst back to the forefront of our attention today with news that they will be releasing their latest full-length album on Friday, 6th September. Dubbed The Other Side, the release will be the eagerly awaited follow up to their uber successful LP debut What Are You So Scared Of?

The first experience from the record comes in the form of The Ocean. The track shows considerable growth in the band who have brought a rarely seen sense of maturity to the pop-punk game. The new track also demonstrates this still-young band’s hunger to push their soundscape right to its edges, and then push some more.

What Are You So Scared Of? saw the band jet off to LA to work with super producer Mark Trombino but for the follow-up things were far more streamlined. This time round, the band shacked up in a Coffs Harbour property, decked it out as a studio and hired long term partner-in-crime Dave Petrovic to take the reins during production.

The Other Side is sure to be another exciting chapter in the life of Tonight Alive who have been rising at a meteoric pace since they debuted on the scene. You can check out the lyric video for The Ocean below, and stay alert for more album details.
