Tonight Alive Release Video Clip For ‘Lonely Girl’

Written by Zoltan Blazer on August 15, 2013

One of our most celebrated music exports Tonight Alive have just released the visual accompaniment to their high energy firecracker of a single Lonely Girl set to feature on the band’s forthcoming album The Other Side. The video was premiered on Channel V two days ago but has just made its way online.

We first heard Lonely Girl back in July when the track served as the follow up to lead single The Ocean. Both singles have acted as a very tantalising taste of things to come from Tonight Alive’s sophomore release, which is due to hit shelves in September.

The video clip holds nothing back, showing the band in full flight as they unleash every ounce of angst and passion that went into composing this furious tune. Footage of the band and a solo Jenna McDougall are interspersed with an incomplete narrative depicting frustration, heartbreak and everything in between.

Tonight Alive have previously announced their return to Australia for a run of national headlining tour dates this September, bringing fellow scene royalty Hands Like Houses and D at Sea along for the trip before their appearance on Vans Warped Tour Australia.
