Here’s The Huge Lineup Of Local And International Artists Playing Next Year’s Australian Open

The 2020 Australian Open kicks off in Melbourne this January, and with it comes a stacked program of artists playing the AO Live Stage.

So far, international guests who’ll be heating up the courts include UK producer Example, veteran rocker Billy Idol, indie-pop outfit Bastille, songwriter Max Frost and New Zealand’s Broods.

There’s also a smorgasbord of homegrown talent – with the likes of Cub Sport, Matt CorbyThe Veronicas, Hot Dub Time Machine and a stack of others all set to entertain crowds between matches.

“The AO Live Stage continues to go from strength to strength and the 2020 line up is the biggest and best ever,” Australian Open Tournament Director Crag Tiley says of this year’s programming.

“As well as being Australia’s biggest sporting event, the AO Live Stage has become one of the country’s biggest music festivals. This has helped us grow our event and introduce the Australian Open to new fans who now have even more spectacular entertainment choices, both on and off the court.”

Check out the lineup so far below. You can access the AO Live Stage with either an Australian Open Ground Pass ($49) or stadium ticket.

UPDATE 03/01/2020: Fatboy Slim, Thelma Plum, and G Flip have been added to the lineup.
