PREMIERE: Okay Dane Are Pissed Off & Feeling Good About It On Raging New Single ‘Headache’

If the myriad of stresses in the world have left you in need of a little dose of cathartic head banging, Melbourne’s Okay Dane have got you covered with their raucous new single ‘Headache’.

Reminiscent of fellow certified thrash lords Violent Soho, Okay Dane’s latest is packed with cheeky attitude, fast-paced punk riffs and an anthemic chorus designed to be shouted, loudly in a cathartic release of pent up frustration.

“’Headache’ is the most pissed off and frenetic we’ve been on a recording,” explain the band. “It felt really good to record and is always a blast to play live. Lyrically it’s the most to the point and juvenile we’ve been too, which was heaps of fun. At its heart it’s about lashing out and being frustrated with someone who can’t be reasoned with.”

Headache is taken from Okay Dane debut EP Alienation, released November 29th. The band will launch the new EP in Melbourne on release day. See details for that, after you get stuck into ‘Headache’ here below.
