Big Pineapple Music Festival Announces Rescheduled 2020 Dates And Lineup Changes

Sunshine Coast festival Big Pineapple was originally scheduled to take place this May, but organisers have announced rescheduled dates in light of coronavirus concerns. Big Pineapple will now take place in Woombye on Saturday, 21st November. If you were keen on the original lineup, there’s good news for ya – luckily, it’ll remain more or less as per the original announce.

“Hey Pineys! We’ve been working on overdrive the past few days to finalise our lineup for the rescheduled date of Saturday Nov 21 and are stoked that we’ve managed to keep it ALMOST exactly the same,” wrote festival organisers.

All but one act on the festival’s original lineup – which included the likes of Hilltop Hoods, Alison Wonderland and Dune Rats – have signed on to perform. Sadly, The Amity Affliction are unable to make the revised November date work, so in their stead, The Chats will be stepping up and taking their place.

“We’d like to thank you all again for your support in this crazy time and can’t wait to party with you come November,” organisers commented. “Until then, stay safe, stay in and keep washing those hands!”
