Baroness Announce 2016 Australian Tour

US heavy rockers Baroness have announced that they are returning to Australia for a national tour in December, on top of their appearance at Meredith Festival.

It’s been two years since the four-piece were last in Australia — they played Soundwave Festival back in 2014, and before that supported Metallica on their 2010 tour.

This time around, the band will play five headline shows across Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, as well as their Meredith Festival set. If recent setlists are anything to go by, fans in for a treat, with the band packing their shows to the brim with close to 20 songs taken from their entire career.

Baroness are now in their 13th year as a band and have released four records in that time. Their latest, Purple, was released last year. Check out the full list of Baroness’ upcoming Aussie headline dates, below.
