Next Australia Day weekend the Beechworth Music Festival will take over the historical Victorian town of Beechworth. For the second year running, festival organisers have curated a stellar lineup of artists who will provide the tunes for the sunny January 2015 event.
Taking place at the Madman’s Gully Amphitheatre on the farmlands of the former Mayday Hills Lunatic Asylum, the second Beechworth Music Festival lineup features the likes of Melbourne psych-rockers Beaches, alt-country star Jen Cloher and Melbourne ska punkers The Bennies.
According to organisers, the festival stage is set at the bottom of an outdoor grassed amphitheatre with mountain views in the background and tree shaded fence lines. Also announced on the 2015 lineup are Ron S. Peno and the Superstitions, My Left Boot, LuLuc, The Hounds Homebound, Rubber Band and a bunch more.
