Just as promised, Harvest have announced this afternoon that Ben Folds Five will be making a couple of stop-offs while in town for Harvest Festival. The newly reformed crew will be hitting Adelaide and Perth for their only other Aussie shows.
The band will soon be releasing their decade-in-the-making album. It is the first studio effort since 1999, but it’s sure to see the band carry on with their self-described “punk rock for sissies” sound. The band, formed back in 1994, disbanded at their peak in 2000, but have now returned, larger than ever, with an album that is expected to totally blow our minds.

Being the gentlemen that they are, the band have announced that they will be spreading the love through the West Coast, after announcing earlier in the year that they will gigging down the East Coast for Harvest Festival. Good dudes!
