Big Sky Blues & Roots Festival Drops First Lineup For 2015

Big Sky Blues & Roots Festival, formerly known as Deni Blues & Roots Festival, has announced the first set of acts scheduled to appear next year in Deniliquin. Big names on the bill so far include reggae rock fusion act Michael Franti & Spearhead, the returning country folk Zac Brown Band, and funk master George Clinton with Parliament Funkadelic.

Presented by Chugg Entertainment and Rob Potts Entertainment Edge, Rob Potts said that in the festival’s third year organisers are excited to bring in headlining acts that fans have been asking for.

“The clamouring for the return of Zac Brown Band and Michael Franti & Spearhead has been deafening,” says Potts, “And we’re thrilled that legends like George Clinton … will be making their festival debut under the “big sky” next Easter.”

Past years have seen headliners like John Mayer, Elvis Costello, and Chris Isaak. The Southern NSW camping event will take place over the 2015 Easter long weekend from Saturday, 4th April to Sunday, 5th April at the Riverina Plains along Conargo Road.

Earlybird tickets go on sale tomorrow from 9.00am on Tuesday, 14th October until 11.59pm Thursday, 23rd October, 2014. General public tickets go on sale from 9am Tuesday, 21st October. Full lineup and date information below.
