In today’s weird Billy Corgan news, The Smashing Pumpkins‘ frontman has decided to celebrate Halloween by hosting a party at his tea shop.
Yes, Corgan has a tea shop called Madame Zuzu’s and it’s in Chicago. It’s here that he will throw his “special Halloween bash.”
The bash will include “ghoulish tea” and a vegan, gluten-free desert plus a chance to participate in the dress-up competition that should be the centrepiece of every Halloween event.
Here’s the clincher though – ticket-holders will leave with a “vintage-style, peel-apart picture” with their host, the one and only Count William Corgan. Unfortunately the $US15 tickets are already sold-out so the closest you’ll get to pictures with Count William Corgan is by scrolling through Instagram.
There’s been no shortage of excellent news surrounding Corgan this year. He’s deleted Twitter, started a website called People And Their Cars and also dressed as a nun while covering a Cyndi Lauper song with Marilyn Manson. Never stop giving Corgan.
