Bradley Cooper Says He Wants To Perform A One-Off ‘A Star Is Born’ Concert With Lady Gaga

Get your mum, dad, auntie, uncle, cousin, wife, husband, child and whoever else on the blower immediately, because Bradley Cooper has teased the thought of a special, one-off ‘A Star Is Born’ concert with Lady Gaga.

On the Ellen show, according to NME, Cooper sat down and said there was absolutely no way a full tour would happen (never say never Cooper). But he did entertain the idea of doing a one-off gig with Gaga in celebration of the film’s overwhelming success.

“You know what I thought would be really cool to do maybe one night, is do a live reading of the movie, of the script, and sing all the songs as you’re reading the script at The Hollywood Bowl or something,” he explained.

He also spoke about that now iconic Oscars performance of the soundtrack’s lead single ‘Shallow’, which has gone on to be the most awarded song of all time earning 32 awards over the past year, including the Oscar for ‘Best Original Song’.

Cooper spoke of the performance, saying how terrified he was.

“The Oscars was pretty terrifying,” Cooper said.

“It was crazy. I actually wasn’t nervous because I worked so hard and Lady Gaga’s so supportive. But it was terrifying, absolutely, because I’m not a singer and I didn’t sing before this movie so it was really crazy.”
