Triple M have greeted another dreary Tuesday morning with some pretty awesome news. Promoter Michael Gudinski, whose latest masterpiece is of course the Bruce Springsteen Australian tour, has announced who has been selected to open up for The Boss.
Filling in the main support slot for the run of shows will be Jimmy Barnes. Perhaps our own version of The Boss, Barnsey is sure to be rust and cobweb free (as if there would be any doubt) having spent some of this past year touring all around the country.
Native darlings The Rubens will also be performing on the full tour. The band have very quickly came into their own following the huge success of their single My Gun. The group have had a year of career highs, having also recently toured throughout the land.
The Boss’s tour dates were finally confirmed after they were rumoured, and at one point leaked.
