My Chemical Romance Mark 10th Anniversary Of ‘The Black Parade’ With Unreleased Demos

It’s officially been 10 years since the release of My Chemical Romance‘s hallmark record The Black Parade and they’ve celebrated the occasion by giving some unheard music to fans.

Originally it was though that the band would be reuniting for the anniversary but it turned out that they were simply planning to drop a reissue of the album and it’s now here.

The reissued version comes with a disc titled Living With Ghosts featuring 11 outtakes and demos from the original recording sessions. There’s an early version of The Black Parade titled The Five Of Us Are Dying and rough mixes of Mama and Disenchanted.

The Black Parade ended up being My Chemical Romance’s second last album with frontman Gerard Way now a solo artist.

While it doesn’t sound like we’re getting any new music from the band anytime soon, if ever, at least we can relive their glory days with this rough material.

Enjoying reliving your 2006 goth and emo days.
