Cradle Of Filth Announce 2024 Australian Tour Dates

The filthiest metal band in the world Cradle Of Filth are invading Australia this September for a full-scale national headline tour. The UK extreme metal icons will be darkening stages across Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, supported by Moldovan heavy metallers Infected Rain (who’ll be visiting Australia for the very first time).

The tour announcement comes as Cradle Of Filth are preparing to unleash their 14th studio album upon the world, which is packing an intriguing blockbuster collab with global pop megastar, Ed Sheeran.

Speaking in an interview back in 2022, frontman Dani Filth confirmed the collab’s existence, saying: “We still have yet to finish our song with Ed Sheeran. He’s done some of it, but then he had a baby, and then he got obviously sidetracked with that and doing whatever Ed does, which is play massive shows around the globe. He’s not at our beck and call. But he is gonna finish it, he assures me. Actually, I spoke to him quite recently.”

“It will be released when it’s finished,” Filth added. “We don’t know when it’s coming out.”

While Cradle Of Filth have yet to confirm a release date for their new LP, we’ve been assured the Sheeran team-up will be on it.
