“I’m making Mexican Pizza The Musical with Taco Bell,” she wrote.

Parton added some more detail to her Instagram story, saying “Here it is y’all. We’re making a musical about my favourite pizza, the Mexican Pizza. I can’t wait for you to see it!”

The musical appears to have been born from the Doja Cat’s viral TikTok post from March, which can be viewed below.

Doja Cat said, “I made a song about Mexican Pizza because I love it so much. I wish Taco Bell didn’t discontinue it a year ago. This led me to this monstrosity of a beat that I just made. I wrote a verse – and I hope you like it.”

The song features the lyrics, “I got beans, I need meat / I need a shell with the sauce and cheese”.

Doja’s TikTok broke the internet at the time of posting and now there’s a full-blown Mexican pizza musical on the way.

2022 people. What a time to be alive.
