Enjoy This Video Of A Young(er) Billie Eilish Covering Missy Higgins

Billie Eilish is currently the most talked about artist in the world right now with the release of her debut album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? and now, a video has been unearthed of a younger Eilish covering our very own Missy Higgins.

The cover recently grabbed attention as part of The New York Times’ hit interview series ‘Diary Of A Song’, where they deconstructed Billie’s ‘bury a friend’ with both Billie and her elder brother and songwriter Finneas O’Connell.

She was apparently 11 years old at the time, and it’s clear she was positively bursting at the seams with talent even then.

Now, the 17 year old Eilish is having huge success. She charted three times in 2018’s Triple J’s Hottest 100, with ‘when the party’s over’ taking #8, and she’s about to head to Australia to headline Groovin The Moo festival, as well as a massive tour of her own.

Meanwhile, can we manifest a Billie Eilish/Missy Higgins collab? Give the people what they want.

Watch the cover below.
