Garbage Singer Shirley Manson Tells Fans To ‘Blow Me’ On Twitter

Garbage singer Shirley Manson has repeatedly told fans to ‘blow me’ after a Twitter back-and-forth between Manson and a couple of her followers got out of hand. The tirade was sparked after Manson tweeted about the lacklustre sold-out crowd Garage performed to in Koln, Germany on November 26.

Manson wondered why those in attendance were not more rowdy, tweeting: “Koln you were so strangely subdued! Sold out show but so cold? Funny. I know you love us but why couldn’t you show it? We still love you. Sx”

Some fans took offense at the tweet, with follower Conor Furlong replying: “@garbage do you really think it’s alright to publicly criticise your fans, who’ve paid to go to your gig, for not worshiping you enough?”

From there things escalated very quickly. Manson, clearly taking offense, tells Furling to, “PULEASe BLOW ME”. When another follower by the name of Nessy comments on Manson’s appalling behaviour, Manson informs Nessy that she can, “blow me too”.

The spectacular Twitter feud finally concludes with both Furlong and Manson demanding an apology from eachother. Needless to say, Garbage’s fan club probably just lost two members
