Here’s How To Watch Avenged Sevenfold’s Huge Virtual Reality Global Streaming Event

Avenged Sevenfold have unleashed more details about their groundbreaking global virtual reality streaming event, including what time it’s all going down.

Alls we can say is: hopefully your boss is cool to let you clock off early this Friday (28th October), because A7X’s first-of-its-kind 3D, 360-degree, live-streamed virtual reality show will be clocking on at 2.30pm AEDT.

Metalheads can tune in to the show in real time via the band’s official Facebook page or watch in 3D 360° and virtual reality via AvengedSevenfold.com.

Y’all also check it out using UMG’s brand spanking new VRTGO virtual reality smartphone app, which has only just launched.

“VRTGO is a truly immersive and creative platform for our artists to tell their stories and invite their fans around the world to experience live performances and music videos like never before,” SVP of digital marketing innovation at UMG Deborah Hyacinth tells Blabbermouth.

“We’ve employed state of the art technology to make VRTGO a cross-device platform and home to some of the world’s best VR content.”

And the geek-gasms just keep on rollin’, with the event being shot using a Nokia OZO camera, the “first purpose-built VR camera with immersive spatial audio”.

“This is a MUST SEE live streamed event for fans across the world that you will not want to miss!!!!” Avenged posted on their official website.
