Time travelling DJ sensation Hot Dub Time Machine has announced two make up shows for New South Wales, after his set at the NSW leg of his festival Wine Machine was cancelled over the weekend due to extreme weather conditions.
Hot Dub Time Machine was set to close the event on Saturday in the Hunter Valley, but due to a freak electrical storm his set, and the remainder of the event, was cancelled.
But now, the DJ has offered up not one but two make up shows for the unfortunate incident, one in Sydney and one in Newcastle.
He released a statement on the cancellation of his set, and the announcement of the new shows.
“That storm was extremely frightening and I’m just thankful no one was seriously injured,” he said.
“I am very pleased to announce that Wine Machine will be throwing 2 free full Hot Dub shows to make up for the missed set on Saturday. Wine Machine and I both have so much love for the Hunter region thanks to all the support over the years, so we wanted to make it up to you with this small token of our appreciation.”
These shows are only available to those with Hunter Valley Wine Machine tickets, to which they will have received a registration link in their email.
