Things may have gotten massive for Tennessee rockers Kings Of Leon over the last few years but the Followill boys are stripping it down and reigning it in for one intimate headlining show at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre.
The quartet had previously announced just one show at Sydney Harbour for their November trip to Oz, promoting their recently released sixth studio album, Mechanical Bull, which has spawned the singles Supersoaker and Wait For Me.
Caleb, Nathan, Jared and Matthew have promised to play their new stuff as well as their impressive back catalogue of hits for this Enmore Theatre show, which is sure to be a very special treat for fans of a band who regularly sell out arenas. The band recently spoke out about having left the rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle behind, leaving no doubt that they’re at the top of their live game.
And Frontier Touring are taking measures to prevent tickets for the show being scalped, with no hard copy tickets being issued to punters and wristbands available for collection on the day of purchase only. Wristbands must be signed for by the credit card holder and there will be a strict limit to two tickets per purchase.
The show, which is an all ages affair, will be opened by Fremantle garage rock outfit The Growl. Tickets are on sale from 9:00am AEST next Wednesday, 13th November.
