Azealia Banks has released a new track titled Nathan, which will likely appear on her delayed Fantasea mixtape. The track features a collaboration with rapper Styles P (although Azealia doesn’t want to associate herself with the rap scene anymore).
It’s not the only Azealia Banks’ track to come out from her this mixtape, with another track titled Aquababe making its way online a few weeks ago. Another track named Jumanji appeared online in May.
Her new EP, 1991, has also spawned a video clip for her track Liquorice. The video was directed by London-based director Rankin. We see Azealia take on an American wild west flavour for the clip, dressed up in cowgirl and going in to a showdown with herself.
Azealia Banks will be out here on the Splendour in the Grass 2012 lineup in late July. She’s also been working on her debut album Broke with Expensive Taste, which should be out in September.
