Listen: She Rex Unleash Debut Single ’11th Hour’

Bearing a surprising amount of similarities to their prehistoric namesake, the T-Rex, the ferocious, feisty and absolutely awesome She Rex have taken the chains off their debut single 11th Hour, unleashing it onto the world to erratically and viciously consume us all.

The drums are dirty, the guitars are buzzy and the whole thing is fuzzy as fuck. The roar of the mighty beast may have changed, but it still packs plenty of punch. The all-girl part rap, part punk totally rock bandits are as sexy as they are foxy, and unlike what you may expect, their music has plenty of balls. Massive balls.

As they stomp and chew their way through a scene that is now less than useless, She Rex have already become crowd favourites at some of Sydney’s most frequented watering holes. From Brighton Up Bar, The Standard, The Annandale and Goodgod Small Club amongst many others, She Rex have already left footprints where some bands will never get the chance to walk.

The clip is on its way, as is the debut EP from the band. Until then, check out below the sonic fury that is 11th Hour. Make sure you diarise the tour dates for your chance to see raw energy that has been absent from the face of the earth for about 60 million years, give or take, without having to wait in those tedious museum lines.
