Mark Ronson has responded to rumours fuelled by Aussie muso Mallrat that he’s doubling as EDM producer Marshmello.
Enigmatic producer Marshmello has never revealed his identity so Mallrat decided to suggest that it’s Ronson who has never really operated within the EDM genre.

She then made a pretty bold claim that made the internet collectively stroke its chin.

Further evidence was delivered to Ronson via a tweet which was seen by the man himself and then responded to.

It’s all a bit tongue-in-cheek but it would be pretty amazing to find that Ronson was doubling as another one of the biggest producers in the world. It’s also worth throwing Ronson’s mate and Tame Impala frontman Kevin Parker into the mix as we don’t think we’ve ever seen him in the same room as Marshmello either.
Mallrat is currently over in the US playing a handful of shows so we’re sure she’ll keep up her detective work and report back to us with any more leads.
