Mark Ronson and Diplo‘s collaborative project Silk City is set to return this week with an electric new single titled ‘New Love’, featuring Ellie Goulding.
The project was first launched back in 2018, with a mammoth run of singles that saw the duo tip acts like GoldLink and Daniel Merriweather for collaborations. Their track ‘Electricity’ with Dua Lipa saw them pick up the 2019 Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording.
They also headlined Rob Da Bank‘s Bestival that year for the duo’s second ever show together.
Hints of the forthcoming track first came via Ronson‘s Twitter account last week, where he shared a short preview of the track with the caption “…and we’re back. Heard you needed to dance?”
The clip was later shared by Goulding, who also added a link to the New Love Club website where fans can keep up with the track’s and its accompanying video’s release.
The trio are set to be releasing ‘New Love’ on streaming services this Friday, January 22 via Columbia Records.
