Canadian-American singer-songwriter Martha Wainwright has announced an intimate Australian tour for September and October 2015, with solo shows now locked in for Sydney, Melbourne and Meeniyan.
Wainwright’s solo tour will kick off just before she’s slated to perform at A State Of Grace — the new Australian concert series celebrating the lives and music of Tim and Jeff Buckley — with her solo shows wrapping up shortly after the A State Of Grace tour.
Wainwright toured Australia extensively in mid-2014, and her 2015 solo return will see her perform in smaller venues backed by her five solo albums, including 2013’s Trauma soundtrack from the Canadian television show of the same name.
