The Streets’ Mike Skinner is due to release his memoir, The Story of the Streets on March 29. Skinner has also written an 11-song soundtrack for the Inbetweeners Movie in addition to forming a new band.
The 350 page book will feature unseen photos from Skinner’s youth and will be titled The Story of the Streets and will be released through Bantam Press. In addition to this, Skinner has collaborated with writer Ben Thomas who has worked on the autobiographies of Russell Brand.
Mike Skinner played his last Australian show under the moniker of The Streets during the 2011 Parklife Festival.
