The lineup for the third annual Mountain Sounds festival just got even more mountainous, with the addition of 12 new homegrown artists and a brand new “secret stage”.
Leading the second round of acts is hectic-electric duo Cut Snake, together with Elaskia, Something With Numbers frontman-turned-solo artist Jake Grigg, Nocturnal Tapes, Ocean Alley, Roof, Skegss and more.
The festival’s brand spankin’ new stage, curated by tastemaker agency UNDR CTRL, will also see performances by newly announced acts Adi Toohey, Dreems, Kato, Lancelot and Motorik Vibe Council.
It forms part of a whole new “secret” area at the festival featuring markets, pop-up bars, live art and installations.
Mountain Sounds, which prides itself on environmental sustainability, is returning to Mount Penang Parklands in Kariong, New South Wales, with options for punters to camp on Friday and Saturday nights around the festival.
The 2016 event will go down on Saturday, 20th February. Catch the full lineup so far, below.
