For the first time in their career, MS MR (said Ms. Mister) will be performing on our shores. Two headlining shows have been announced for the duo, thanks to the glorious St Jerome’s Laneway Festival next year.
While in town for the fest, the self-described Tumblr-glitch-pop duo will be gigging at Sydney’s OAF as well as Melbourne’s Northcote Social Club for what are to be two very intimate and goose bump-inflicting performances. The two shows will be a rare opportunity for Aussie fans to get up close and personal with the two otherwise totally illusive members.
Captained in equal parts by the male-female counterparts, MS MR’s freshest release Candy Bar Creep Show stole the attention of the entire world. Both media and music lovers blew up over the pair, who soon found their way to support slots for the likes of Marina and The Diamonds and Grouplove.
