Music Feeds LIVE: Left. Streaming This Monday

Sydney-based electronica duo Left. are bracing for a banger of a 2015. Following the release of their acclaimed debut LP Sirens earlier this month and a successful run of east coast shows, the collaborative team of Sarah Corry and guitarist Jono Graham (Made in Japan) are already preparing to hit the road again. But before they do, they’ll be dropping in for a live stream performance and a chat, as part of Music Feeds LIVE.

The pair, who made plenty of waves last year with a showcase at Brisbane’s BIGSOUND, will continue their hot streak with a spot at Fairfax’s Spectrum Now Festival on March 21st, as well as supporting a trio of dates for their good mates Horrorshow’s Listen Close Acoustic Tour in April.

According to the band, their full-length debut Sirens explores the mythical concept of the ‘siren’, which they describe as “a beautiful & attractive entity that will lead to your demise, yet cannot be ignored”. It’s available now via iTunes.

Speaking with Music Feeds during BIGSOUND 2014, vocalist Sarah revealed that Left. had already started working on new music, beyond their debut album. “For us it feels like it’s been going for quite a while and we’re ready to keep moving,” she said. “We’ve been making more music and getting ready for the second album and EP and stuff.”

To check out Left.’s upcoming tour dates, head over to their official Facebook Page. Or, to catch a live stream of their unique blend of indie rock and jazz-infused hip hop, tune in right here from 12:30pm this Monday, 16th March when the band performs live at Music Feeds Studio.
