Never one to rest on her laurels, Owl Eyes has announced she will be once again embarking on a run of headlining shows, this time for her Nightbeats tour, which kicks off this October, and she’s also dropped a new single, Hurricane, to boot!
Hurricane is the fourth single from her debut album Nightswim, and you can check it out below – though we’re sure you’ll be hearing a lot of the track considering it’s from such good stock. Previous single Love Runs Dry climbed to #21 on the Australian iTunes charts with the follow up tracks Closure and Nightswim both working their way into Hype Machine Top 10.
Stopping off at several major cities, the Nightbeats tour will see Owl Eyes joined by electronic acts Willow Beats and Kite String Tangle. The tour will make its way along the east coast after kicking off in Tassie, with the final stop being her anticipated performance at Fat As Butter 2013.
Tickets for the tour go on sale this Thursday, 15th August. Check out new single Hurricane below.
