The Peep Tempel To Tour One Last Time Before Heading Back To The Studio

The Peep Tempel have announced three final headline shows before heading back into the studio in February to record the follow up to their critically acclaimed LP Tales.

Nominated for pretty much every award on offer in Australia, including APRA, The Age, AIR and The AMP, the Melbourne three piece were as surprised as anyone with the LPs unanticipated critical success. Still, surprised or not the band’s simple and sweaty take on rock n roll has won them the hearts of fans across the country, especially in their hometown Melbourne, Australia’s slacker rock capital.

The hometown crowd came out in force the trio recently actually, with the band’s afternoon set at Meredith Music Festival in December 2015 seeing huge crowds moshing along. A riotous affair, as are most The Peep Tempel shows I am assured, the boys are bringing their set of hulking aussie masculinity to Sydney, Melbourne and Perth this summer.

We have the full tour details below, but you can get a taste of what the boys have to offer via this video of them performing Carol, their ode to pining after your ex, at Meredith last year.
