Polish Club Have Copped Their Own Burger Thanks To Sydney’s Burger Head

Polish Club are celebrating the upcoming release of their new record Now We’re Cookin’ by very aptly collaborating with Sydney burger institution Burger Head for a “filthy, sexy” one off menu item.

Available until this Wednesday, 11th of August, the take-home, DIY kit will serve two (or one if you’re feeling like a challenge), and will tide you over until the record’s official release this Friday, 13th August.

“We made an album and somehow through that, Burger Head have let us make a burger! Or rather, they’re prepping a burger inspired by the spirit of our hot new album ‘Now We’re Cookin’’ that YOU can make,” said guitarist/vocalist David Novak in an official press release.

“What I mean by that is it’s just a simple burger, similar to our album cover, except instead of us being the meat patties, it’s completely non-human beef patties. And you can order it delivered to make at home.”

Alongside the burger kit, you’ll also cop a digital copy of the record to listen to while you chow down on your hectic homemade burgers.

The kits come with a three-tiered milk bun from local bakery Urbun, two house-made beef patties, two slices of American cheese, tomato sauce, mustard, diced onion and house-made pickles.

“We’re very excited to finally, officially have a Polish Club burger, and we’re even more excited to have it created and prepped by the heroes that have brought the perfect classic burgers to Western Sydney and my beloved former hood Botany.”

If you wanna cop, Burger Head are taking pre-orders from now until 4PM this Wednesday, 11th August.

On release day this Friday, 13th August, the kits will be available for pickup, or delivered to your address. Polish Club will be going live at Burger Head this Friday to cook along with you, as well as doing an acoustic performance.
