Queens Of The Stone Age And Justin Timberlake To Headline This Year’s iTunes Festival

Queens of the Stone Age and Justin Timberlake are signed on the headline this year’s iTunes Festival taking place during the month of September. Also appearing on the bill is Phoenix, Primal Scream, Jake Bugg, Jack Johnson, Jessie J and Thirty Seconds To Mars.

It’s already been a headline-capturing year for QOTSA who, after some twisted teasing in a promo campaign that gave Daft Punk a run for their money, have finally released their sixth studio album, …Like Clockwork, today! Music Feeds reviewer Greg Moskovitch reckons it’s QOTSA’s best record to date.

Of course, Justin Timberlake’s been no slouch in 2013. J. Tizbanger sold almost 1 million copies in the first week of his latest album The 20/20 Experience being release. The same album contains the record breaking single Suit & Tie and Twizz Wizz has promised another album in September. J Tizzler is also set to tour Australia in 2014

Every year since 2007 iTunes has hosted a series of free concerts, each more free then the next. The shows take place at London’s Roundhouse and can be streamed through various Apple devices. Tickets to see the band’s perform in the flesh are attainable through a lottery and contests held in variety of countries.
