Self Is A Seed Announce Debut Album + East Coast Tour

Self Is A Seed have released details on their debut album, Siren, and corresponding national album tour. Produced by Anton Hagop (Powderfinger/Silverchair) and recorded at Studios 301, Siren is set for release on both digital and physical formats on Friday, 15th March.

Behind single Thought You Would and EP Gratis, Self Is A Seed made a noticeable impact in 2012 with a sound that invokes memories of Australian 90’s rock. The Sydney outfit are now looking to build on the momentum of last year and plant their flag in the middle of this rock ‘n’ roll nation.

Giving fans a few weeks to settle into Siren, Self Is A Seed will then be hitting the road for the month of April. So far only East Coast shows have been announced, but rest assured more dates are soon to follow.

UPDATE: 26/03/13

Due to circumstance beyond the band’s control Self Is A Seed’s Sydney show at The Factory Theatre has been moved from Saturday, 20th April to Friday, 19th April. The venue has not changed.
