For the fourth instalment, organisers have busted out the big guns with the harborers of chaos that be DZ Deathrays. The ARIA-winning ne’er-do-wells will be coming hot off their tour with Dune Rats and will be in fine form. In need of a shower, no doubt, but fine form no less.
Making the trek from North America will be Guantanamo Baywatch, who you may remember from Field Day 2015. Also featuring on the lineup is Peter Bibby, who you may remember from Laneway 2015 and Alex Lahey who you may remember from that song that’s in your head right now.
And that is just the tip of the iceberg that is the event’s fiercely indie bill.
Organisers have also done the leg work, finding out what you, the noble punter, wants. Mexican food, basically. Lots and lots of Mexican. And pizza, and plenty of things to drink.
