Soundwave 2012 tickets for Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide & Brisbane go on sale today at 9.00am; check below for relevant ticket links. Last night, promoter AJ Maddah beefed up the line-up, adding another 15 bands to the already massive list who will play 2012. A 3rd round of bands will also be announced in December.
Earlier in the week, Hole pulled out of the festival after Courtney Love discovered she would be sharing a stage with Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst. Last time the two bands played a festival together Love told the crowd Limp Bizkit were to blame for ‘the worst years in rock history’. The withdrawal of Hole sparked a Twitter war between Love and Soundwave boss AJ Maddah after Maddah called Love a ‘Twat’.
System Of A Down, Slipknot, Marylin Manson and Machine Head will head a massive Soundwave 2012 line-up and tickets are sure to sell fast so don’t miss out!
