The 2018 edition of Canberra’s Spilt Milk festival has sold out shortly after going on sale at 12pm AEST today, but organisers have swiftly announced an official resale facility.
With Spilt Milk now sold out for the third year in a row, the festival’s resale facility is scheduled to open for sellers at 12pm on Thursday, 2nd August, giving anyone wishing to sell their tickets the chance to pass them onto someone who wants them.
Tickets sold through the official resale facility will be available to purchase at their original price, with a standard booking fee. You can sign up to the resale waitlist to make sure you’ll have a chance at snagging resale tickets when the resale facility opens to buyers at 12pm Monday, 6th August.
The resale facility will then remain open until 12pm Friday, 2nd November, before the likes of Childish Gambino, The Wombats, Vera Blue, RL Grime and The Jungle Giants perform at Spilt Milk in Commonwealth Park on Saturday, 17th November.
“We hate scalping as much as you do and are doing everything we can to avoid ticket fraud,” organisers say.
“This is why we will not send tickets out to buyers until August 1st.”
