Tali & The Arms Make a Distorted Art-Rock Mess on Debut EP

Tali & The Arms is the latest project for Naarm musician Tali Harding-Hone, who’s been a member of Dr Sure’s Unusual Practice and Dog Door and the leader of Tali Mahoney. Tali & The Arms’ self-titled debut EP is out today via Marthouse Records. The four-song release is available to purchase on 7″ vinyl via Bandcamp.

Harding-Hone worked on the record with Hannah Wales (of Hannah Kate), Shelby Wilton (of Muma Ganoush) and Nick Reynolds (of Metdog). Led by the single ‘Black Snake’, the record is awash with distorted guitars and outsider rock songwriting. Throughout, Harding-Hone’s engaged, arresting vocals are front and centre.
