The Almost Cancel Two Shows On Upcoming Australian Tour

Floridian alt-rockers The Almost are set to make their return to Australian shores later this month on Wednesday, 16th April at Wrangler Studios in Melbourne, following a three-year absence. However, they’ve now announced that their planned shows in Perth and Adelaide will not be going ahead.

The band, who will be touring in support of their most recent full-length studio effort, the critically-acclaimed Fear Inside Our Bones, have taken to Facebook to break the news to their Perth and Adelaide fans, citing frontman Aaron Gillespie‘s commitments to Paramore as the cause.

Gillespie is currently the popular alt-rock trio’s touring drummer. “So so sorry, I deeply love Adelaide and Perth and am bummed we won’t be able to make it. Love to you all,” he wrote in a statement. Refunds are available at the point of purchase. All other shows are going ahead as scheduled.
