The Snuts Release New Album ‘Millennials’

Famous rock band from Scotland, The Snuts have released their third album Millennials. They released out through their new label, Happy Artist Records, via The Orchard. Jack Cochrane, the lead singer, led the making of the 10 songs during their world tour by recording in different places.

The Snuts are known for talking about things that matter to young people. Their music mixes pop and rock, which makes them popular in Scotland and worldwide.

The Snuts – Millennials

Millennials talk about the good and bad parts of being a young adult. and the albums’ tracks such as “Gloria,” “NPC,” and “Millionaires” talk about love and growing up. The last song, Circles”, is a powerful way to end the album.

The band made “Millennials” together, with everyone sharing their ideas. Band member Jack Cochrane wanted the music to feel right to listeners without needing to think too much.“Leading into this new record, the original idea was: are there any songs we’ve forgotten to write?” said Cochrane. “Are there any ideas and feelings we can dip back into from when we weren’t living in this music world? That’s where we, as millennials, came up with the concept.

The Snuts Member Jack further said. “Tapping into the emotions that we maybe hadn’t processed into music. Those big boiling points in your life. The first time you’re falling in love. First time your heart is broken. Those pivotal moments. On the last record there was a bit more nuance. With this one, we wanted to see how it would feel if we went more direct on the songs and to connect as easily as possible.

He concluded his statements by saying. I don’t think we’re living in an age now where people want to spend time taking something apart. We want people to feel it the first time they hear it.”

The Snuts’ “Millennials” are now on streaming platforms. The album shows how The Snuts have changed and tried new things. Don’t miss out on their catchy music and see how they’ve grown.
