This Is What The Bee Girl From Blind Melon’s ‘No Rain’ Video Looks Like Now

With 90’s alt-rock legends Blind Melon set to tour Australia this October, our excitement continues to build and to be honest, we’re getting all nostalgic over here and revisiting the glorious decade that was.

One memory of being a 90s kid is getting up early on a Saturday morning and watching the latest music videos on RAGE, and one all time classic that still gets us all emotional today is Blind Melon’s No Rain with its iconic bumblebee girl.

Turns out the actress who played the now visual representation of the 90s, is still an actress and goes by the name Heather DeLoach plus she looks like this now:

Now 32, Heather is still kinda riding the wave of fame stemming from her role in Blind Melon’s video, which she isn’t ashamed to flaunt i.e. her Facebook page literally being titled ‘Heather DeLoach, “The Bee Girl”‘

After following up on the Blind Melon video with a couple of bit parts in TV shows such as E.R and Reno 911, DeLoach hasn’t seemed to find much luck in the industry and has since started a company called Sweet Bee Candy Stations and Event Planning in Lake Forest, California.

She still gets into the bee outfit a lot, it seems, such as last year’s halloween costume:

UPDATE 16/10/15: Unfortunately Blind Melon have cancelled their upcoming Australian tour. The band apologised to fans and said they plan to “reschedule dates as soon as possible”.
