Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke has released his new solo album ANIMA.
It’s Yorke’s first solo LP since 2014’s Tomorrow’s Modern Boss.
ANIMA was written and produced with Nigel Godrich, and has been released in tandem with an accompanying short film on Netflix.
In an interview with Zane Lowe this week, Yorke said the name of the album was such “partly because I’m obsessed with this whole dream thing, and it comes from this concept that [Carl] Jung had.”
The record includes a song named after a phrase that’s been a part of the Radiohead canon for years, called ‘Dawn Chorus’.
