The 2016 edition of touring festival Vans Warped Tour hit Las Vegas yesterday, 9th August, where it set up a stage next to a swimming pool at the city’s Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, and it looks like it was very, very well-received.
Warped Tour’s ‘Nirvana Pool’ hosted a set — well, a pool-party set — by Chicago pop-punk outfit Knuckle Puck, who knocked out their tunes while punters watched from in front of the stage or from in the pool, where they still managed to get their mosh on.
Footage from the show sees circle pits forming in the pool, which is also dotted with beach balls and is just generally bathed in good times. Catch fan-shot video of the ‘Nirvana Pool’ in action during Knuckle Puck’s set, below.
Aside from its amazing ‘Nirvana Pool’, this year’s Warped Tour has also featured the band Issues performing its cover of the Pokémon theme song around the US, while one lucky fan even managed to find a Pokémon during one of the band’s sets while playing Pokémon GO.
